Temperatures are right around freezing in a few spots over the eastern West Virginia panhandle and parts of western and northern Maryland from near Cumberland to the Catoctin Mountains. Temperatures are rising, so widespread icing is not anticipated. However, elevated surfaces may see a light glaze of ice develop.
